These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BUYVEIL.COM (the "Site") and your purchase and use of products offered under the VEIL™ brand.

The Site and VEIL™ products are operated and sold by Social Promotion Network, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as VEIL ("VEIL," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from VEIL.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe these requirements have not been satisfied.

2. Intended Product Use

VEIL products are personal exhalation filtration products intended solely to filter air after it has been exhaled by the user.

VEIL products:

Are not medical devices
Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition
Are not intended to make smoking, vaping, or any other activity safe
Are not intended for inhalation through the device
Are intended to help reduce visible exhaled material and associated odors
Do not guarantee complete elimination of visible emissions, odor, particles, or other substances

Performance may vary based on usage, airflow, material being exhaled, cartridge condition, frequency of use, environmental conditions, and other factors.

Always follow the instructions supplied with the product.

3. Legal and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for using VEIL products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, lease terms, property rules, workplace policies, and other restrictions.

VEIL products are not intended to enable or encourage unlawful activity or the violation of another person's property rights, policies, or agreements.

Use of a VEIL product does not make otherwise prohibited activity permissible.

4. Product Care and Replacement Cartridges

VEIL devices may contain replaceable filtration cartridges that wear over time.

Cartridge life varies depending on the type, volume, and frequency of use. Replace a cartridge when airflow becomes materially restricted, filtration performance noticeably decreases, or otherwise in accordance with our product instructions.

Replacement cartridges are consumable components and are sold separately unless specifically included with the product purchased.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products.

However, product photographs, dimensions, colors, packaging, components, specifications, and other details may differ slightly from the product received due to manufacturing improvements, display settings, photography, production revisions, or other factors.

We may modify products, packaging, materials, specifications, or features without notice, provided such changes do not materially impair the product's intended function.

6. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including in cases involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Pricing or listing errors
Inventory limitations
Suspected resale or abuse
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States as indicated during checkout.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, government action, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Title and risk of loss transfer in accordance with applicable law and the shipping terms applicable to your order.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For sanitary and product-integrity reasons, certain opened or used filtration products may not be eligible for return except where required by law or covered by an applicable warranty.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents, including the VEIL™ name, logos, product designs, packaging, photographs, graphics, videos, text, software, advertising materials, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Social Promotion Network, LLC d/b/a VEIL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or license except the limited right to use the Site for personal, lawful purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written permission.

11. Reviews, Content, and Submissions

If you submit a review, photo, video, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant VEIL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share content that you voluntarily submit directly to VEIL for promotional, customer-service, or business purposes.

We will not knowingly attribute statements to you that you did not make.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, social networks, or other services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY WE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDE IN WRITING.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOCIAL PROMOTION NETWORK, LLC D/B/A VEIL AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

15. Misuse of Products

VEIL is not responsible for injury, property damage, loss, penalties, lease violations, regulatory consequences, or other damages resulting from:

Improper use of a product
Modification or alteration of a product
Failure to follow instructions
Use of a damaged or excessively worn product
Use for an unlawful or unintended purpose
Attempting to inhale through the product
Using the product in violation of laws, rules, contracts, or property policies

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Social Promotion Network, LLC d/b/a VEIL and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site or products or your material violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

18. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully.

Except for claims eligible for small claims court and requests for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief relating to intellectual-property rights, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or a VEIL product shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

Unless applicable law or AAA rules require otherwise, arbitration will take place in Tarrant County, Texas, remotely, or at another mutually agreed location.

The arbitrator may award any individual remedy that would otherwise be available in court.

YOU AND VEIL WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

YOU AND VEIL AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, placing an order, or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notices, account communications, and legally required notices.

Marketing communications are subject to separate consent requirements and applicable law.

20. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, governmental actions, internet outages, carrier delays, or similar events.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The effective date displayed at the top identifies the most recent version. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
